I had a rather mixed experience at this hotel. The location was superb, giving me easy access to all the main attractions, but the room was disappointing, facing a dark alley and feeling a bit run-down. However, the staff was warm and friendly, and I appreciated their professionalism despite the hotel needing a bit of an overhaul. Overall, it’s a decent place but definitely could use some improvement.

The hotel has a superb location right across from Milan's wonderful department store, The Rinascente, and I was lucky enough to get a beautiful view of the cathedral. The staff were friendly and helpful, though the service seemed to emphasize tipping for better treatment. On the downside, my room was quite small and honestly not ideal, with a window that couldn't be opened due to a pigeon nest right outside. Overall, it's a mixed bag with great potential.
